Had a few days in Kagura before New Year. Good snow though not as good as I've seen it before and definitely not as much snow. Still fairly thin for Kagura could do with much more for that long season.

Nice pics gnarly-dude.

One thing is for sure, if the snow ain't good at Kagura there ain't much hope for resorts lower down. Usually passes the mark though and looks good there. wink

There were some epic days there over new year with all the fresh snow. Surprisingly few people hitting the lines under the lifts etc too.

Good to hear you had a good time. I wouldn't class it as "epic" when we were there. It has been far better. Good fun though, just relative.

Was up there yesterday for my first ride of the season, I had a ball. I've never seen Kagura so empty. The snow was ok, I have seen it much much better. It was still soft though and there were still some pockets of powder dotted around. definitely needs another good dump to fill in all the tracks again. Like I said though, I really enjoyed being out there again
