In the very near future - hopefully within the next two weeks - we are going to be moving these forums and our site to a brand new home. The new home will be a major upgrade in terms of power, capacity, security and backups, enabling us to move forward for the next few years with our plans and requirements as the site continues to grow.

During the next week or so there may be some times when the forums are temporarily unavailable or unresponsive. This is only temporary as we make preparations for the move (which is a rather complex and time consuming process).

Around the time when we make the switch over, there will be a period of time when the Forums will be closed. We will let you know in advance when this will be.

We are getting closer to our move but as we continue with preparations, some functionality of the Forums are going to be interruped at times - including the Chat Box, account/post approvals and new accounts amongst others. Things should be back to normal once all of this has gone through.

We will post another update when we know the exact time and date for the move. We will be doing all that we can to mimimize the amount of time that the Forums and site in general are offline.

Just a quick update.

We will very likely be making our move early next week. There will be a period (perhaps as much as a few days) when the Forums will need to be closed as we move everything over and do testing work.

From today we are going to be beginning the process of our move.

This means that over the next few days there will be a time when we need to turn off the Forums. In an effort to keep the Forums open for as long as possible we are not sure exactly when that will be or for exactly how long they will be closed - but we will do what we can to keep the time closed as short as possible.
