Don't sheep follow other sheep? That may be the answer! ;)

There are a myriad of reasons why people go to Niseko, but I think it boils down to two:

1. It is very good.

2. Logistically it is relatively easy to get to. Get on a plane;land at Shin Chitose; take a shuttle bus to Niseko. Easy really.
I am not young enough to know everything.

Obviously it is good, but lots of people go by default because that's what they are being sold and what they have heard about.

They don't all go to Niseko.

A fair few go to Hakuba.

Bit gnarly for Niseko, though, Pies. You sure that's not Mr. Grandview?

Then again I'm in favor of any thread that attracts posts by beowulf (I don't often admire avatars, but when I do I admire beowulf's.)

I would say that it's so grand that it simply doesn't need the "d".

OT ... obvious, it is! They go there to escape the kiwis!
