I see they are opening up the road that connects Shiga Kogen and Gunma tomorrow. Hurrah!

Anyways, can someone tell me the name of the very top part of Shiga Kogen, the highest point?

I really enjoyed driving from Manza onsen to Yokoteyama few years ago.
Karuizawa - Manza Onsen or Kusatsu Onsen - Shiga Kogen, there are many fun spots and it's my favorite driving course.

Not busy I went this time last year. Great weather it was too, really pretty. Nice drive from Gunma into Nags.
