The same as you would expect.. with no bindings.

It depends a lot on the snow conditions, wet heavy stuf can be hard to navigate (at least for a beginner like myself). Toeside turns are probably the hardest thing at first, but if you have a nice, mellow slope, and at least 15cm of light pow, they are LIKE SURFING GOD'S MULLET. Amazing.
