green SJ'er with 200+ posts Registered: Fri Sep 06 2002 Posts: 245 Loc: near (enough) Tokyo	Do any resorts themselves put anything close to warnings out at all, or is it something they don't want to publicise as it might 'put people off'???

bcoasis SJ'er with 50+ posts Registered: Fri Jan 30 2004 Posts: 70 Loc: Niigata	As far as I am aware, Arai Ski Area is the only ski field in Honshu which employs a suitably qualified ski patroller who would have the knowledge and experience to post such warnings. Any ski area using National Park land is treading on thin ice so far as condoning bc access via their facilities which has prevented a lot of them from facing the current reality. _________________________ They're not accident accident black spots! People are throwing themselves on to the road to escape all this hideousness. "Throw yourself on to the road darling! You don't stand a chance!
