Whenever i see a 7-11 nikuman, i can't help but think about my friend telling me about the 'san-byo rule'.

'San-byo' means 'three seconds', and it refers to the time someone (in this case a friend who worked at 7-11) can pick up food (in this case a nikuman) after it has fallen on the ground and still serve it. Of course, it is not store policy, but a generally followed custom. Enjoy!
Because I lived in Nagano and am a vegetarian, i preferred Oyaki to nikuman any day.
