Morning all. Woke up early today.
Heavy low cloud and a light norwesterly, with rain to come. Lovely and cool. The rooks are off on their missions, and crowing about it.

I'm not a long sleeper (hoho). I do need 30 minutes kip in the afternoon though. That sets me up nicely.
When I was preparing my home for sale, I used to take my boys to bed at 9:00, and get up at 2:00 to plaster and paint before work.

Last summer I was staying with my parents for a week or so and I got woken up one morning at 4am by my dad doing some wallpapering. He said he couldn't sleep so he might as well. It seemed a little bizarre at the time.
