Hey guys, please tell me if I'm mad on not but I'm going to attempt to travel via train from Fukui to Hakuba by going up the West coast through Toyama and just into Niigata before switching trains at a little coastal town possibly called Itoigawa onto a line that looks like it goes all the way to Hakuba village.
To compound the probable difficulty of this journey, I'm going to be attempting it on a Sunday (in Jan).
Has anyone made this journey before? Is it even possible? Should I just be safe and go down and around?
Cheers, artpop
