How long does it take you to get from home to work?

For me it's 5 minutes to the station, 10-15 minutes on the train and then a 10 minute walk.

Usually door to door is about 30 minutes.

5 mins.

1min to get to work, 2 mins to walk along the gate to the entrance, then another 2 retracing my steps on the other side of the fence. I could cut my journey time by 80% if only they moved the entrance or let me jump the fence.

About 20 minutes drive for me most days, but the workplace is sometimes elsewhere. I enjoy it when I work in the city and catch the train - I get to stretch my legs on the way - it is all good!

20 minutes or so, no problem.

I couldn't cope with long commutes on packed trains it would drive me crazy.

You should see the train I get in the morning, Tokaido line towards Tokyo, it's a cattle truck! I hate every minute of it
