I am in Tokyo. I think you'll find the majority of people actually in Japan - they are after all the people who can enjoy the winter sports scene here...

Akita City. For those people looking for somewhere to come in Japan, Akita's not bad. Got a few good (although not huge) resorts within a couple of hours of the city.

i grew up in Milwaukee...
I've actually met more people from
Wisconsin in the 8mths i've been in japan
than in the 9yrs i lived on the east coast...
