Can someone please give me some recommendations for accomdation for a family of 4 (2 Adult and 2 children). Budget Yen 20,000 per night with ensuite bathroom. I have look through various website, most hotel/lodge/apartments quote me double of that for Dec 08.

I understand you're early Dec. You should be able to fin plenty. But at 2man for 4???

For what it's worth, I paid 2man for 1 in March.

For that kind of budget you should look at pensiones, you may struggle with ensuite though.

J-Second. I stayed there a couple of times. First time we went, staff was absolutely clueless but second time they were totally on top of things. Must have been a change in ownership.

Hey, ym, we stayed in the lower village area once, which was a bit cheaper. You have to take a shuttle to get to the lifts but it's not bad. Tough to find a place with ensuite bathroom for that price tho.
