And not eating much. And not eating the food you really like. And eating salads and stuff. And being a bit hungry all the time.
Well, I'm sure there are more miserable things of course, but when I'm trying to lose weight like I am now, I realise just how much I love eating and eating lots.
But I will GAMBARU for one more month.
I think Japan is one of the best places for living healthily and eating healthy. In America its much harder IMHO. First thing people need to do is cut back portions. Have any of you looked at food portions in the 1970s and compared them with today? It is sickening how much food we shove in our mouths today. Food portions in the US are UNFCUKINGBELIEVABLLY HUGE. It makes me sick. I can barely eat a salad when I go out to dinner back home. Education in the realm of food/eating has GOT TO BE IMPROVED because it seems like the average person just doesnt know how to eat properly and have a balanced diet. Orange, Ganbaruing for one more month and then back to your regular diet will only lead to you gaining more weight, or at least putting back on what you already had so its not really going to do much good. Maybe an overall change in your eating habits/workouts will lead to better results. Dont forget, the more you workout, the more youre going to have to eat...that first hump is a $%&#!
