Go Native SJ'er with 3000+ posts Registered: Fri Dec 30 2005 Posts: 3210 Loc: Kutchan	Hilton lease the hotel and will continue to do so. Citigroup has had to offload a lot of stuff since the GFC. Will be interesting to see what YTL has planned for the resort.

I guess you're talking way way over 67 million USD already. That sounds very cheap for all those facilities, esp. the way real estate has been going in Niseko. Maybe the boom is just in Hirafu. There are houses on the drive up to the hotel, but that walk with equipment is loooooooonnnnnnnnnnnnngggggggggggg. Needless to say, there is no ski in out, at that place.
