The Higashiyama location is very much, hotel resort. There are houses on the drive up to the hotel, but that walk with equipment is loooooooonnnnnnnnnnnnngggggggggggg.
Needless to say, there is no ski in out, at that place. Yet. The master plan is to have accommodation slopeside.
